I haven't had the opportunity to use my Cooke cutters yet but they were delivered very quickly in sound packaging! There were no rips or holes in the box when I received it. The product itself was packaged nicely too. The product itself is in great shape and really much sturdier than they look. They are actually bigger than I thought they would be as well. I love that! So much easier to decorat
