In order to keep our overhead low and pass the savings on to our customers, we no longer have a call center to accept telephone calls (the 800 number that appeared on catalogs mailed by the previous owner is no longer valid). We will attempt to answer all emails promptly. All orders are now accepted on-line; our online ordering is extremely secure, your credit card number is encrypted, and even we don't get to see it. However if you prefer not to enter your credit card information on-line, follow the instructions at checkout for mailed payments. Please allow for extra time to process your order if you choose this option.

Any orders prior to August 2008 were with the prior owners who filed for bankruptcy. We're sorry but we do not have any information about these old orders, and outstanding claims must be directed to the bankruptcy court. We are also not able to assist with any product returns relating to the prior ownership.

On a positive note, we intend to avoid the mistakes of the past and move on to make The Music Stand a fun, secure, and easy shopping experience!
