How do I find my Wishlist?
  We now have a new much-improved wishlist through 'Wishpot'. If you have already used our new wishlist you can access it here. If you had an old wishlist, sorry, we had to disable that feature, please create a new one (the new features are much better).
How do I place an order?
  You can place your order on this website, by phone, or by mail. Placing your order online is the preferred method.

Online orders: Browse our website and add items you want to your cart. When you are ready, checkout by following the simple directions. We accept online payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, or Check by Mail. Ordering online is highly secure; we use industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure your transaction is safe, and your payment details are not stored after the order is placed.

Phone orders: Call (877) 621-0010, between 9am and 6pm Central Time, Monday to Friday, and select the option to Place an Order. Please have the product numbers of the items you'd like to order ready. We accept phone order payments by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Check by Mail. Note that 'Online-only' special offers are not valid for phone orders, including $5.99 flat-rate shipping.

Mail orders: Send in your order to: The Music Stand, 3107 E Chestnut Expy, Suite N, Springfield, MO 65802. Remember to list all the items you want, and include your name, address, phone number, and payment.

If you choose to pay using Check by Mail, please write your order number on the check. Remember to allow extra time for the check to clear before the order ships.

How do I request a catalog?
  We now have an online catalog, you can view it here. We generally mail catalogs to our recent customers a few times a year. If you'd like to request additional paper catalogs, you can order them here.

Additionally, you can sign up for our email newsletter for advance notice of sales, new arrivals and special offers. We send emails about once a week, your details are kept private, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
How do I return an item?
  Please refer to our Return Policy prior to returning any item. We will work with you to ensure your satisfaction with everything we sell. Please contact Customer Service if you have a problem with your purchase. We'll need the order number, and a brief description of which item has an issue.

Please write your order number on the outside of your package and enclose a copy of the packing slip.
How much is shipping?
  Order online and get flat-rate shipping to the USA:
Standard shipping to the contiguous 48 states is just $5.99.
Standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is $9.99.
Expedited shipping is extra, or we also have FedEx guaranteed shipping available.
Shipping to Canada and other international destinations varies. We use Live Rates for shipping internationally. Note that all import fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

To see your shipping rates simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be able to see prices.

For orders taken by phone, mail, or fax; standard shipping is $8.99 to the lower 48 states and $12.99 to AK, HI, and PR.
Where are your size-guides for apparel?
  We have general size guides for apparel here. Note that sizes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and style to style, and these tables are provided only as general guidelines.
Why can't I find a certain product?
  Our website uses live inventory to show accurately whether an item is in stock or not.

If you can find a product, but it shows 'Availability: Out of Stock' then it should be restocked within the next month. If you'd like to be informed by email when it returns, just click the 'Email me when Back-In-Stock' link on the product detail page.

If you cannot find a product at all then it may have been discontinued. We are constantly updating this information as suppliers bring in new products and discontinue old ones.
