Has my order shipped?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. If an email address was provided during checkout, we will also send you a shipment confirmaton email.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?

Click the My Account link in the top-right corner of our site to track your order.
Additionally you should receive a shipment confirmation email when your order actually ships which will include the shipping carrier and tracking number.

Note: for packages shipped via USPS (Post Office), USPS does not track the progress of your shipment, just delivery confirmation. USPS tracking often consists of only two status: "The USPS was electronically notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing" and "Your package was delivered." Often the package is delivered long before the second status is updated. Most areas will receive the package well within the delivery time-frame quoted, and we hope the lack of detailed tracking does not pose an inconvenience.

My order never arrived.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. My product is missing parts.

Please check the product packaging carefully. Some of our products have separate parts that are packed in different areas of the box. If you are certain there are missing parts please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which are not currently in stock at any of our warehouses but are on order and expected soon. If your item is on backorder for more than a few days, you should receive an email containing the estimated date of arrival. If you have any questions feel free to contact our customer service department for additional details.
